Craig Gandolph first introduced his extensive knowledge of New York delis to Utah in 1989 when he opened the first Gandolfo’s New York Delicatessen in Provo-the public’s been hooked ever since.  The franchised delis boast an extensive range of New York style sandwiches, deli salads, fresh green salads, and desserts, all crafted in the tradition of the Long Island, NY delis where Gandolph honed his skills.  Now Utah can enjoy even more of the deli as new locations opened this year in Ogden, Vernal, and Salt Lake City at the University of Utah campus.  The deli chain has seen extensive growth, especially in the past three years, and is proud of its continued popularity and support in Utah.
